1) Der Verein führt den Namen “Malaria- Hilfe-weltweit e.V.“.
2) Der Verein ist in das Vereinsregister des Amtsgerichtes Altenburg eingetragen unter der Nummer VR 850/2009.
3) Der Verein hat seinen Sitz in Altenburg.
4) Das Geschäftsjahr des Vereins ist das Kalenderjahr.
§ 2 Zweck, Ziele, Gemeinnützigkeit
1. Der Zweck des Vereins ist die weltweite Förderung der öffentlichen Gesundheitspflege, insbesondere der Bekämpfung von Malaria in den davon besonders betroffenen Ländern der Erde, eingeschlossen ist dabei die Förderung der zweckorientierten Wissenschaft und Forschung sowie die Bildung
2. die Förderung der humanitären Entwicklungshilfe in den von Malaria betroffenen Ländern.
3. Die Förderung der humanitären Hilfe für notleidende Kinder sowie der Jugend- und Altenhilfe
Die Ziele:

1. Mitwirkung an der Senkung der Sterblichkeit infolge von Malariainfektionen, insbesondere der Kindersterblichkeit.
2. Entwicklung der Zusammenarbeit mit den anerkannten internationalen humanitären Institutionen der Malariaforschung und Malariabekämpfung mit dem Ziel, die bisher bekannten Mittel und Methoden durch neue Mittel und Methoden zu ergänzen.
3. Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung von nationalen und internationalen Bildungsprogrammen und deren Umsetzung. Schaffung von zusätzlichen nationalen Bildungszentren.
4. Unterstützung der Entwicklungshilfe für die Malaria-Schwerpunktländer mit dem Ziel einen Beitrag zur Realisierung der Milleniumsziele auf dem Gebiet der Malariabekämpfung zu erreichen.
5. Die Kinder-, Jugend- und Altenhilfe soll durch den Aufbau und den Einsatz mobiler Stationen unterstützt werden.

2) the promotion of humanitarian development assistance in the countries concerned by malaria.

1) Co-operation at the lowering of the number of deaths due to malaria infections, in particular the number of child deaths.
2) Development of co-operation with the recognized international humanitarian institutions of the malaria research and malaria fight with the goal of supplementing the well-known means and methods by new means and methods .
3) Co-operation at the development of national and international education programs and their realization. Creation of additional national education centers.

La raison d’être de l’association est :
1) La promotion de par le monde des soins de santé publics, en particulier de la lutte contre la malaria dans les pays du monde particulièrement frappés par ce fléau, y sont incluses la promotion de la science appliquée, la recherche et la formation.
2) La promotion de l’aide humanitaire au développement dans les pays frappés par la malaria.
3) La promotion de l’aide humanitaire aux enfants en détresse ainsi que de l’aide apportée aux adolescents et aux personnes âgées.
Les objectifs :
La raison d’être de l’association est avant tout caractérisée par les objectifs suivants :
1) Collaboration aux efforts pour faire baisser la mortalité suite aux infections dues à la malaria, en particulier la mortalité infantile.
2) Développement de la coopération avec les institutions humanitaires internationales reconnues œuvrant pour la recherche et la lutte contre la malaria avec l’objectif de compléter les moyens et méthodes connus à ce jour par de nouveaux moyens et de nouvelles méthodes. .
3) Collaboration dans le développement de programmes de formation nationaux et internationaux et leur mise en œuvre. Création de centres de formation nationaux supplémentaires.
4) Soutien de l’aide au développement pour les principaux pays frappés par la malaria dans l’objectif d’apporter une contribution à la réalisation des objectifs du millénaire dans le domaine du combat contre la malaria.
5) L’aide aux enfants, aux adolescents et aux personnes âgées sera renforcée par la mise en place et l’installation de centres mobiles.
6) L’association se charge des campagnes de publicité relatives à ses projets et activités.
7) L’association sera financée par les cotisations de ses membres et par des dons. Les moyens financiers de l’association seront exclusivement et directement employés pour les objectifs de l’association.
